1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the facilities, services, and amenities provided by Muckle­shoot Casino Resort ("the Property" or "we"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Gaming Activity" means any wagering, betting, or participation in gaming operations on the Property;
• "Guest" means a person who accesses, uses, or participates in any aspect of the Property's facilities and services;
• "Services" refers to all amenities, entertainment options, hotel accommodations, food, beverage, recreational activities, and other offerings provided by the Property.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To access or participate in Gaming Activities on the Property, you must be at least 21 years old (or as otherwise specified under local law) and comply with applicable U.S. entry requirements, identification rules, and immigration regulations. Guests from Canada are welcome but are subject to these terms.

4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND OBLIGATIONS

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own actions on the Property, including those related to Gaming Activities, accommodations, food, beverages, and other Services. You agree to:

• Provide true and accurate information during registration or account creation processes;
• Maintain a valid identification document as required by law; and
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies governing gaming activities.

5. GAMING RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Property is governed by local, state, and tribal regulatory agencies for gaming operations, rules, and compliance. You understand that:

• Gaming Activities are subject to specific rules, paytables, and odds displayed on individual games or as otherwise stated;
• Games may be restricted based on jurisdictional laws, age limits, or responsible gaming obligations; and
• Winnings will be paid out in accordance with applicable laws and Property policies.

6. PERSONAL PROPERTIES AND LOSS

You acknowledge that the Property shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or deterioration of personal property brought onto its premises unless it is proven to have been caused by a breach of duty owed by us.

7. RESPONSIBLE GAMING PRACTICES

The Property promotes and supports responsible gaming practices consistent with U.S. laws, Washington state regulations, and internal policies designed to prevent problem gambling and promote social responsibility among all guests. You agree:

• To participate in self-exclusion or take breaks from Gaming Activities if requested by you;
• Not to assist another person who has excluded themselves from participating in Gaming Activities; and
• Comply with any restrictions placed on your account, including deposit limits or time-outs.

8. PROPERTY REGULATIONS

Guests are expected to comply with Property-specific rules regulating dress code, smoking policy, recreational activities, use of facilities (e.g., fitness center), food and beverage consumption, and respect for other guests' rights.

9. DEFAULT AND CANCELLATION

In the event that you default on your obligations under these Terms or otherwise fail to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or Property policies:

• The Property reserves its right to restrict your access to Gaming Activities;
• We may cancel your account without notice and deduct any unpaid amounts from future winnings; or
• Other remedies as prescribed by law will apply.

10. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Property collects personal data through the registration process, including identification documents, contact information, credit card details for deposits, gaming history, and other relevant details necessary for providing Services. We may share such information with third-party vendors in order to provide certain services or offer relevant promotions, but we will always comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws.

11. SECURITY

The Property employs adequate security measures (e.g., cameras) for safety and monitoring purposes, ensuring that all Guests' rights are protected and safeguarded against loss or injury during their stay on the premises.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes arising from these Terms must be resolved through negotiations between parties in good faith before any litigation may proceed. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Washington State, applicable to its terms and conditions, including gaming regulations and tribal ordinances governing Muckle­shoot's operations.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document represents the entire agreement between you (the Guest) and us (Muckle­shoot Casino Resort). By participating in Gaming Activities or using any Service provided by the Property, you acknowledge that these Terms are a complete statement of our mutual rights and obligations and supersede all prior agreements.

14. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We reserve the right to modify, change, revise, add, or delete any provision within these Terms at any time with immediate effect upon notice on-site, via email (subject to applicable U.S. law regarding email notices) or through updates posted publicly on our website. Continued use of Services after modification constitutes acceptance.

15. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

The Property strives for full compliance with all laws and regulations governing gaming operations, including those from local, state, tribal, and federal authorities. Guests are expected to do the same.

16. TERMINATION AND CLOSURE

We reserve our right to terminate these Terms or close your account at any time without prior notice due to failure to comply with our terms of service, applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, gaming rules, or if you fail to update necessary personal details as requested by us.
